Chapter 1

Happy Saturday!

Saturday morning is the best time of the week. You have the whole weekend ahead of you! Freedom! If you wake up early on Saturday morning, you have the world to yourself. It’s so peaceful.

Getting up early on Sunday morning is one of my favorite habits. You can do so much and feel so productive. It’s a great way to jump-start your weekend.

First things first. Drink some water. Drink some coffee or tea and wake up! Do a few pushups or jumping jacks. Get that blood flowing!

Next, put some inspiration into your mind. Feed your mind with positive energy! Read and watch things that get you jacked up and feeling good!
